I worked with Riyasaat on several React projects, and he quickly became someone I could rely on. He's got a solid grasp of React and frontend development in general, not just the usual stuff like components and hooks, but also things like performance tuning, managing complex state, and keeping codebases maintainable.
What I appreciated most was his attitude. Riyasaat is a hard worker who doesn't shy away from tough or unfamiliar tasks. Whether it was digging into messy legacy code or picking up new tools on the fly, he never hesitated to roll up his sleeves and figure things out. He's also great at balancing independence with teamwork, he knows when to run with something and when to check in to make sure everyone's on the same page.
On top of that, he's just a good presence on a team. Thoughtful in code reviews, always willing to help others, and steady under pressure. I'd happily work with him again, and I think any team would be lucky to have him.
